Why EFFC is losing cases, especially corruption cases frequently? Does it have to do with the alleged corruption of the judges? It is due the shady spadework, or lack of thought investigation before prosecution? Is it spending more resources on media trial then devoting its energy building rock solid cases because that can stand up before the court?
Is the agency losing cases because of inadequate funding which hampers efficient training and investigation.
Does EFCC need SANs to win its cases? What exactly is the problem of the agency?
