Is keeping huge govt money as incredible as $50 million dollars in private houses part of the imperative of protecting national Security?
Could the U.S CIA Director have kept huge official Security funds in his residence or private houses without breaking the law and offering explanation? If these money were legitimately purposes, why no mention of the money was made to President Buhari when he took over?
Managing a secret in order to keep it secret, especially hidden the presence of money from public knowledge demand a lots of energy and and solid commitment. How long such heavy money can be stashed away in a private house without leaking ultimately?  If two people are in the know of a secret, something could go away one day,  especially if someone begins to feel a burden on their conscience and blow off the lid of the secret.
